Anyone wanting to know what I wrote can read it here.
BTW, 2000 is not a great year to assess the revenues raised off the dot-com bubble. The dot-com market crashed that March.

You don’t want to respond becasue you know that the caller was correct and that you made a mistake.

Facts are stubborn things. Anyone can go to OMB.gov and download the Marginal Tax Rates, the Federal Income and Debt tables and see that when you cut tax rates, you increase revenue to the Government. It’s like abstinence-works every time it’s tried. Ask JFK, Reagan and Bush 41.
